With her background in home staging and her BA in interior design, Morgan excels at imagining “what could be” in a space. This comes in handy whether she is helping her selling clients present their properties in the best possible light or helping her buying clients recognize the potential (or lack thereof) in a home. Before working in residential real estate here in her home state, Morgan owned an interior design and custom furniture company in Los Angeles. Through her experience as a business owner, Morgan developed her unique negotiation skill set; she approaches the process with the hard-to-find combination of tenacity and diplomacy. Among her clients, Morgan is known for the value that she brings to their transaction- whether it is negotiating the best terms for their specific needs, budget, and timeline, or working aggressively to get them their first choice home.
